Winter Wonderland
I know to some of you, this may not be a lot of snow. In Huntsville, if you have enough to build snowmen (however small) or make a snow angel, you've had a good bit. Of course, a few day later it was in the 80s and the snowmen didn't survive the heat wave.

Texas Weekend
We took an extended weekend trip to East Texas the weekend before Christmas to visit Amber's brother Cam and his family (also refugees from California). The girls got rides on Cam's multitude of vehicles, including his Harley, tractor, riding lawnmower, and '50 Chevy pickup. We also got to make some cool creations out of Derrick's monstrous Lego collection and climb in the most awesome magnolia tree I have ever seen. We had a wonderful time but the visit was way too short. Thanks again for having us!

I'm a Lumberjack...
The day after Thanksgiving, and still with turkey hangovers, we got started on the Christmas season. We went with our friends, the Garretts, to cut down Christmas trees at a farm just across the Tennessee River. The girls, obviously, enjoy coordinating their outfits.
These pictures are already outdated, though, because Lizzie lost both front teeth last night!

Catching Up With Fall, Part Deux
Forgive me if the layout of the page looks a little weird, I'm still getting the hang of this blog thing. By the way, I actually do exist. My mug will make an appearance in the next round of posted pics.
